No one else will want to buy MMX while Sino has (the largest and most important of the three foundation customers) is off line.
Every one knows the game now... in particular CB.
So watch the minutes, days, weeks of NO news begin to take it's toll on the optomists while the one company with the all the power bides it's jolly time.
They will get the whole lot for a song... or at least a LOT less than they would right now if they were negotiating.
