Everyone is awaiting the outcome of the court case today and hoping/expecting that the injunction on the TOL gets dismissed.
Even if it does get dismissed, why should the SP get above 90 cents? After all, that is all that the SP got to when the TOL was issued a week or two back. We'll just be back to where we were.
why should the share price get above 90 cents?
