If you can prove some of the sellers know something we don't than all those sellers in the known including management would all have to go to jail. This is called insider trading. The current law does its best to prevent this from happening.

After all, this is a no return policy market. The law only serves as the repairs department. If you can't take the risk don't shop in the market.
