why should we vote for this consolidation?

Appreciate it's hard to judge before more intel on placement but worth debating now.

Guessing possible outcomes. If they raise at 20 x current sp we are $1.20 x 23M issued for $28M.
Consolidate 487,721,950 CEO to 24,386,097 consolidate 143,474,170 CEOO for 7,173,108 leaving a post consolidation register of 54,559,205 M shares and MC of $65M assuming $1.20?
With only approx 54M issued it provides little liquidity and the game has changed for me so I will vote no.
Why not 10:1 and 108M issue.
