I agree (and have posted negative comments as well) But what i think people are trying to say is this stock has risen considerably over the past week in anticipation of the announcement and on what the CEO had recently stated, yet are they asking us to believe that they only realised yesterday that the agreement was some way off, hardly, they would have been aware of the postion some time ago so to let the stock rise partly based on his comments (30th Sept/rerating) then not update the market when it became apparent the timeframe was not going to be met imho is form misrepresentation by ommission.
