Does anyone on here actually think that ann was put together and rushed out the door after the market opened?

Didn't think so. It is frustrating (and negative to some degree) that the deal has been delayed. It is abhorrent that the ann wasn't made before trading yesterday or even worse, today.

IMHO, the ann was let out when it was to manipulate the market. Dirty pool
