    Actually Skol, the bigger picture charts are showing an eventual bottom for silver nearer $4/oz (so the gold price somewhere below $200/oz using that long-term average ratio). That could only occur after a massive deflationary period lasting several years.

    By then virtually no one will want to own precious metals (the opposite of recent euphoric sentiment) and there will be no fundamental reason to own them. Ironically, that will be precisely the time to buy them.
