You will notice that PPT have been constantly selling since near the $1 mark all the way down. My guess is they want out and unless somebody bids them for their remaining 3.xM shares, they will just keep dribbling them out. VGH'S problem is lack of market interest and the resulting poor liquidity in the stock, but you'd have to say, that common sense should return once PPT's sell stops.
I sold at higher levels and have just bought back. Seems pretty safe to me, but patience required.
