Simply a matter of the market waiting for confirmation, we will know one way or the other by the end of this month.
Take a look at the register the big boys know about IDC when and if confirmation comes IDC wont stay at current levels for long. Big funds will drive sp appreciation.
Those that understand the ramification of the pending results aren't asking 'why so cheap?' they're asking 'how can I get more at these levels?' Momentum will sweep us all away soon IMHO
