    I finally received the so called Case email from IMF.

    It basically asks you to join the action against BAU, and if they get enough numbers, it's lawyers will then formally lodge a legal action.

    In a word, there is no actual legal action on BAU and it is kind of like threats. Can I just say to someone ' I m going to sue you if I have enough supporters to curse you'?

    IMF is an ASX company, one would presume they will have to 'make' and win some cases to make money.
