I think Xerxes is completely correct in saying what he said. Its not a good time to a small player with a new product ramping up production. Unless some of those other "possible" contracts come through in the next couple of weeks, I wouldn't be expecting huge increases in the price...e.g back to 85 cents for example. There are still going to be lots of quarterlies with low cashflows before those contracts actually begin to impact the bottom line.

Having said that, the recent contract shows a major players confidence in the technology, so will be looking to get in over the next couple of weeks - after the mood settles - for a long-hold.
