NDO have been very tight lipped about the JV and I think this is a wise move...Dont quote me on this but I think OEL announced that they had a partner but it was not a signed deal. Correct me if im wrong on that last comment anyone.
This is obviously not good business practise as you are then obligated to sign even if the terms are not in the favour of the operator.I think NDO just want to make sure that they have a deffinate deal rather than rushing. Time will tell, but with the oil flowing at Galoc, this will give us revenue to take our time and get it right...NDO is definately a long term but IMO.
