I have found in past years CKF have done this to gauge shareholder sentiment. (I've had other companies do it too.) Usually will call those that haven't submitted their votes for the AGM. Although, I was a bit cagey the first time it happened, so I appreciate your concern. Generally find CKF to be well run for it's investors, and rarely have I found anything to be overly concerned about in the way the company is run. I'd like them to exit the running of Sizzler in Australia, however I am happy that management now accept this is non-core to the business and they are progressively exiting it. Taco Bell will definitely be a good runway for growth, and (hopefully) so will be KFC in Europe.
