Rainman , I’m hearing you. The HerVax thing didn’t worry me. I think the world moved on and the landscape changed. Especially after CF33 came along. HerVAX was probably too slow in activity and therefore would require a lot of time and money to get over the line. And perhaps any prospective buyers could see that.
Funny thing is that developing drugs like this the goalposts can move quickly from the buyers perspective. One day they are wanting to look at HerVax then the next day they want CarT or b-specifics or MRNa . We don’t know because LC didn’t give us the background information.
The next round of funding is intriguing. In the past IMU have gone early and gone hard. So that begs the questions of why not this time.
Maybe they can’t raise the money or at least can’t get it at a reasonable price. Or they have got a plan which we aren’t privy to. They could be looking at a deal of some sort. But PH didn’t operate that way with VLA, he took $30m funding whilst negotiating to sell the company to Merck. He wasn’t risking a bird in the hand for 2 in the bush.
That leaves my last and hopefully best option. IMU is looking at some stunning trials results which they will release before the next raise becomes desperate. I think they have more in the tank than posters here suggest. And another $32M R & D rebate which could come in by mid August 25. Funding can be obtained against that rebate if really needed.
IMU have stated another Azer-Cel update is coming. That could be a real jaw dropper. I believe the next update would position us very well for a license deal. There is substantial data for Azer-Cel
Then there is Oncarlytics. At first I thought it would not be exciting to us until it was in combo. But listening to YF and taking note of the two expansion trials for Vaxinia (Cholangio x one Unnamed) I’m not so sure. Does the release of Oncarlytics early data hold any exciting news?
As for the selling last week , the MANN’s bought in around .05 so it might not be them. Probably STEINI dumping to buy back cheap, locking in tax losses on the way. Then posting 50 times a day that the house is on fire. Get out now. He knows this can turn and run quickly but he can also read the posts from the bedwetters crying doom and gloom.
