    Good question and I dont think there is a single answer but ree stocks are a bit on the nose mainly due to the time it takes to get to market however the fundamentals are the same a carbon tax or no carbon tax you are going to see big industry look for alternative energy more so in the coming years than the past this is going to create more demand for rees. WA is a good example company gas costs are going through the roof and any energy saving goes straight to the bottom line rees are used in most if not all the reuseable energy sources not to mention more efficent electonics. Which brings us to peks other metals Ta is used in electronics Nb an P2O5 not so but once there is a jorc for these and the fact they will be quicker to get a return on investment we might see some more interest.
