Hi daza you are correct that they agreed to sell their assets for almost $10 million but in the end sold them for $2 million. But what has never been in contention is that they owe Arena $2.5 million.
Arena are claiming another $2.5 million for breaching the agreement.
The only asset that this company has is its $17 million counter claim against Arena.
