maximum of 42 million shares to be issued through spp so not massive dilution and the the company will raise just under $3 million if fully subscribed.add the $1.5 million from freedmon and the co will have $4.5 mill on top of the 12 mill fortrend facility.top that off with whatever roger the dodger brings back from the U.S????im liking this more and more and the board must be very confident at putting out this at 7c.
i'll bet that by the time spp cut off date hits it will be oversubscribed.
