    when I look up the shareholders list, I see that banks/financial instit. don't have much shares in WMT, could be a late catch up on holdings by banks.

    Also, the placement was for 36m shares only...may be a top up to placement.... May be it's actually a takeover taking place right now & we're just watching lol
