Bidders tend to congregate around 10 cent and 5 cent intervals. When HDR ran up this morning it briefly hit $1.25 so people have put their sells in there. These are not "desparate" sellers - they are prepared to wait. These are mostly small sells of an average of 20k. When the bigger players get going bids are 50K, 100K, 200k and larger.
