It's a nice round number.
It's attractive psychologically to sell at 1.25 rather than 1.27 or 1.31.
You will find that all stocks have bunches of buyers and sellers at nice round numbers, 20, 25, 30 etc.
Whether it is dollars or cents doesn't seem to matter.
It's just human nature to aim for a round number.
