IMO, I think it makes total sense for Creasy to found a company holding the tenement, do a capital raise for it, bring up some drilling results (which he might have already done) and go negotiating with BAR/CNJ. Basically, a coy spin-off from his Platx holding to make a space for a new JV of three companies - Creasy's Galileo, Barra and Conico. He has to come to the table with some valuable assets in his hands and this step gives him a new independent company holding land of a known resource of particular character and a certain MC. Bar/CNJ have already shown their cards. If Creasy wants to join the game, he has to show his.
