IMHO, DYL may drop even further, i said ...MAY...., i may re-enter then. my time away from the stock was lucrative to me. IMHO, it takes all too long to get the required data and get matters progressing, in the meantime there can be other more accepted... energy sources coming on the market. (wind, sun etc etc..., :-))
