You give far to much credit to the average investor/punter.

I doubt that more than a few of the people who invest/punt could ever make sense of a stocks potential based upon fiscal facts and market potential.

Couple this with the fact that even less have the business skills to understand how these Due Diligence and Contract Negotiation processes work and you will see that the field of skilled investors is very limited indeed.

I am aware of a number of brokers and investors who have their finger on the trigger awaiting ink on paper and an indication of revenue forecasts.

'Disruptive' technologies or advancements change the market place in a short period of time.

It will take one big contract to set the domino's into action.
