From my little contact with the TNY company secretary it appears the delay is to do with TNY meeting the "conditions of sale". The details I don't know. Here is a direct quote from the man himself. Read into it what you will: "However, I can state that the Board and management of Tennyson are working diligently to satisfy those conditions in the HOA. It is important to note that under the continuous disclosure rule the Board is bound to notify the ASX of any change that is material. Obviously, if the Board formed the view that the deal would not go ahead then an announcement would be made. Tennyson has not made such an announcement." Perhaps no news is good news!
