From what I've heard, they are in the process of putting the deal together. The problem with this company is that no shares get traded, and then all of sudden millions get traded. This is why there is no activity at the moment. They don't want a speeding ticket/ couldn't be bothered with the paperwork of replying to the asx. They've got enough on their plate at the moment.
