Get off your azz and read the previous announcements and you will find your answers, the timelines in which the acquisition will be taking place, when TWH will stop trading and when it will recommence as Auscann. Stop being lazy.

N.B - The SP does not mirror what Auscann are up to day to day (in terms of todays tiny drop in SP), if Elaine Darby stubs her toe putting on her shoes in the morning the SP isn't going down..
