Correct me if im wrong here, but if we can bring in a partner at a project level, SP will rise dramtically and we will also have posco top up to maintain 20% with thier $30mill investment.

for Posco to use their $30mil, we would have to raise $150million, as this is 20% of 150.

If we could sell 25% of our company to a partner at a project level, we would then have 1,818,181,818 shares on issue.
1,000,000,000 currently owned by shareholders.
250,000,000 held by Posco
sell 454,545,454 to project partner
Sell 113,636,363 to posco to maintain 20%.

$150 mil divided by 568,181,818 = .264 us cents per share. Market cap of us $480 mil.
this would automatically set us to start module 2 at same time.
