Since AOR is already in play, anything (such as the PDG shareprice falling) that temporarily pushes the AOR shareprice down should be seen as an opportunity for an entry point to AOR imo.
It is unlikely that the S&P shuffle or anything else will cause PDG to withdraw their bid and it is more than likely that another bid or bids will appear - either from another suitor or from PDG themselves....
Make the most of it if it occurs I think.
