    NSE is drilling at the hearth of Canning Basin atm, but people seem they are very relaxed, going shopping, xmas parties, fishing, beaches, everywhere. No more interest to stock market.

    Definitely good time to buy IMO

    However "money never sleeps". I am sure instos are buying atm. Because the buy orders come off screen, not making a huge volume, but someone is buying very slowly and steadily. They should be instos accumulating.
