lepanic.I hold MCG as well and there is a similarity with VIR.Both are highly leveraged but with well managed long term debt profiles.MCG is the subject of an opportunistic takeover at half the price i paid for it, by canadian pensiom plan fund.MCG will become a cash cow with something like 50c divis.Vir will be a great divi(already is) and growth story long term too.Im expecting a lowball offer which may offend longterm holders.So will it be take the money and make more elsewhere with all these ops around or lobby around and vote it down.More and more stocks in play ,maybe this is the bumpy bottom.A wait and see modus,good luck all.
