One thing that concerns me is if as you say the directors are timing their run to ensure the oppies get home why are they not purchasing any shares in the company? I know that if I was in the know of a oppertunity to make money I would take it. Especially if it instilled confidence in my company as a side effect.
Look at AZZ and other O&G that are doing well. Directors are buying stock all the time...
