This is not a positive reflection on the deal - if it was as cut and dried as they had indicated by the constant affirmations, it would not be delayed.

Someone is not getting what they thought the would..

This ann undermines the value of the deal IMO, I will keep watching but I perhaps have another month to look at re-entry. Sitting on the sidelines for now.
