Not sure why they sunk $85m into Noble Minerals?
$85m could have bought out something like Ramelius, and RSG would have got $55m in cash, gold and liquid assets back. Effectively paying a $30m enterprise value. From which RSG management team can manage assets thereby saving $20m in corporate and admin costs annually.
Given RMS is breaking even roughly on cash flow, they could have had payback on their $30m investment within 2 years at $1350 gold price.
Strange they bought Noble?
