I agree with that, but I would also add that RSG has a lot of capital expenditure over the next 1-2 years relating to each of its three mining locations.

I do not know why they bothered to pay a dividend. The funds are needed elsewhere.

In addition they are taking on the money sinkhole known as Bibiani where money vanishes mysteriously without a trace. NMG must have done in some $200m "refurbishing" its plant and they still can not find the parts for the crusher supposedly held up at Customs. Given that they have to feed a whole village, resettle 3,000 people, and clear up to 250 meters of overburden to get at the yellow stuff in the main pit, I would be surprised if there is any money left to pay another dividend in the next 5 years (just kidding - well sort of).
