why sp is going down?

    I am new to this stock. Trying to understand the reason behind the SP to go down. Current SP is less than half of what it was just 6 months back (from .016 down to as low as 0.006). In my research, I could not find any reason for such a disaster in SP. Am I missing something? Can anyone help please?
