From the renegotiation of the loan a while back,
PanTerra Gold Limited
"The Company is also in discussions with potential strategic shareholders from China showing interest in subscribing for 150 million PanTerra Gold shares at a premium to the current share price."
I am not sure but if current sp is considered current at the time of actual signing , if it is then may be of interest to the Chinese to keep the sp low for now?
If this is true then its all good news really that they are interested. sp will more then recover !
