I think you have somewhat missed my point HASAMAX.
Prior to me about to give another spill on CSS I also noticed at the end of the day two quite substantial sellers joining the queue to get rid of their holdings. Evidently there is something 'fishy' in the air and with the recent times of a 'UBS Nominees' substantial holding..MMmm..we must begin to question.
I tend to follow the financials closely and ususally trade with the bigger stocks on the market but CSS, about 12 months ago, caught my eye. I have dabbled in quite a few speculative stocks of recent times and normally only stay in any R&D stock (As I feel CSS is deep-down) for the short-term (Make a quick buck or two and break).
Now if you make an estimate of between a $1-$2m dollars profit but come out with a $1m loss would you as a share holder not be questioning the companies approach to dealing with it share holders openly and honestly; or more importantly, as a company, providing more accurate information leading up to the event. All I know is this - a company is to act in the best interests of its share holders and they have probably tried to do so in their 'best of their abilities'.
Now in reply to your answer - If CSS were to plummet to 10c I do not think too many people would be touching it at all. Yes, the share might be cheap but so are goods where the use by date is running out.
Long-term I feel if you bought at these prices it might be worthwhile but I at the moment would be putting my money elsewhere that's all.
