Bomber...very astute observation. Pengxin will be able to profit big time on soaring prices, should they occur.
In passing, this also made me wonder if SK has a way to profit from cobalt and nickel. If prices spike, they will be in position to get the profit on off-take purchased at a discount, if they cannot use it all.
It is also interesting that the off-take is scheduled for a European factory. You wonder if they are so particular about
politically correct cobalt for production headed to jurisdictions that don't care so much about that aspect of things.
