Yes, I certainly do believe it could hit a much, much higher SP (can't say how high in all honesty perhaps $5, $10 or even your $13.20)... I am in all honesty a potential buyer for CLQ despite looking like a down ramper... not at the current price, but only because I am a cheap bugger who wants to get things lower than marked price... yup, that often means I don't buy and miss out.
I don't think they will have any problem getting offtake deals for the remaining % of product.. Lots of buyers out there... it's just getting a deal that is satisfactory to both parties.
Having only 20% locked up is not a problem.. early days... but it would be nice to see the remaining % locked up going forward.
