Prisoner, you are correct. The premia/discount factors are a little murky on the offtakes.
But right now CLQ is 80% uncommitted. I believe additional off-takes will be done with Easpring but they will be for extension of the contracts to LOM, not % of production.
I think Friedland's strategy is to maintain a sizeable % of production uncommitted. Whether that % is 80% or 50%,
or some other number, I do not know.
It would not be surprising to see some additional fractional off-takes signed, but I would be very surprised to see
off-takes for a total of more than 75% of Sunrise production.
