    It seems to me that when a company, any company gets into the sort of situation that NOD is now in,the main investors point hardly ever gets a mention.

    That is there are around 2,000 companies listed on the ASX. So why stick with one that at best has a questionable future and at worst is a dead loss, when there are hundreds of sound stocks available.
