The market values a stock for what its worth. There is a big difference between what we want to see and what is actually there to see. The market has factored in all relevant info and come up with a price. If, like me, you are anticipating new and positive information released to the market in the near future, then you would expect a rise in the SP when that info is released and not before. I don't think there is much risk appetite in this market for pure speculation. My thoughts and opinions only.
