my local Chemist Warehouse - 8 facings in total (massively underfaced) but what caught my eye concerns me. See blue ticket. Shelf engagement is the first moment of truth. If as a shopper you can't engage with the item, compare and contrast that item with others, that's a barrier to informed purchase. If you wish to purchase but have an added step for (A2M only) of needing to ask at the counter - it's added friction. So we are underfaced and shoppers have an extra artificial hurdle to jump. Our sales team should be solving both these issues.
