Not downramping but I dont think the news will be good. If they are capital raising again that means another 3 - 400 mill shares on top of the 146 as part of the Permian purchase. On top of these Proven Undeveloped Reserve dud's. How can that happen, surly the information was there prior - but the quality of that info?

This leads me to the next point. How come all of a sudden they are able to tell there has been salt intrusion etc and decide to pull and sidetrack. Was this technology not there on FP#1
