    Okay Guys on that last note I will post a reply I received from Steve Graves on Sunday. I see his reply on Permian Deal as positive.

    "Scott, Appreciate your comments and suggestion. It is similar in nature to our direction
    with the Permian assets. In contact with several companies about partnering but cannot
    disclose these on going discussions.

    Hopefully the Permian will be as successful as the unconventional shale plays you have
    referenced.
