ROC has been held down for a few months now, strategic sells on close and open every day [always 30k], only those watching closely would notice, I have to admit it reminds me of the HDR hold down pattern which prevailed for months before the TO, so we will see what eventuates with ROC.
That sell at market the other day was very interesting, over 400k from $3.04 to $2.80.
