ROC now on institutional radars. They put a formular in place based on known facts at the time and every day input the price of Oil and voila - presto outcomes target share price. Run a graph of POO against ROC and you will see the correlation.
ROC is too small for the numbats to monitor and take into account things like the North Sea coming on line in 8wks. Or drilling in Cabinda.
It will not get re-rated till the Q3 report is out showing the bleeding obvious.
