Anyone monitoring ZGL or Zicom Group here?
I'm a loyal investor in this company and have only seen investment going down over the last 7 years!! I must admit, such a terrible and heartbreaking to see this!!
My original thesis was their strong financial management, multiple innovative product launch, and prudent approach in businesses they operate in. However, though I see their technology investments (almost all) doing pretty good in terms of achieving key milestones regularly, continuously proving capabilities in extremely challenging medical world and commercialising their innovative products but the company and the board has largely been muted on this (may be on purpose?) and have not bothered to address share price and also all shareholders concerns. Company directors hold controlling share which seems to be not working in the best interest of all shareholders.
Anyone investor in this one? I'm totally not able to understand the rationale behind such a continuous steep decline. Anyone can provide some Intel or thoughts how this will play out in long term or short term, if you have known to this company and monitoring their activities.
