    Not sure that the company has anything to explain actually. A chart of their longer term history would show that at period they do trade up to 10% or so discount to NTA, and other periods they trade in line with NTA or a slight premium. Maybe a year from now if nothing has changed they might need to consider things more. Three months means not a lot.
