    I fail to understand why they need to raise $28mil thru a 9 for 10 issue at 18c - I thought the bank were financing $53.5mil of the project CapEx of $55mil - I must be missing something.
    Too much dilution for me.
    Shareprice will not do anything now.
    I'm out.
